Neither party is liable for a failure to perform an obligation under these Terms when performance is prevented or delayed by a force majeure event.
8. Governing Law and Contact
These Terms and any dispute or claim relating to them, including enforceability, are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
