Return & Exchange Eligibility
We offer returns or exchanges only in the following cases:

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for reasons such as change of mind, dislike of product, or size/style preference.
Mandatory Unboxing Video
To be eligible for a return, refund, or exchange:

A clear, continuous unboxing video is mandatory

The video must show:

The sealed package
-
Shipping label

Full unboxing without cuts or edits

The issue (wrong or damaged product)

Requests without an unboxing video will not be approved.
Verification & Investigation
Once we receive your request along with the unboxing video:

Our team will verify and investigate the issue

This process may take a few working days to complete
We reserve the right to approve or reject the request based on verification.
Refund / Exchange Process

If approved, refund or exchange will be processed within 7 working days

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store settlement

In some cases, settlement may be completed after investigation approval
Important Notes

Packaging, tags, and accessories must be intact
