At Lookinrich, we strive to deliver the right products in perfect condition. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

Return & Exchange Eligibility

We offer returns or exchanges only in the following cases:

  • Incorrect product delivered

  • Product received in damaged condition

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for reasons such as change of mind, dislike of product, or size/style preference.

Mandatory Unboxing Video

To be eligible for a return, refund, or exchange:

  • A clear, continuous unboxing video is mandatory

  • The video must show:

    • The sealed package

    • Shipping label

    • Full unboxing without cuts or edits

    • The issue (wrong or damaged product)

Requests without an unboxing video will not be approved.

Verification & Investigation

Once we receive your request along with the unboxing video:

  • Our team will verify and investigate the issue

  • This process may take a few working days to complete

We reserve the right to approve or reject the request based on verification.

Refund / Exchange Process

  • If approved, refund or exchange will be processed within 7 working days

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store settlement

  • In some cases, settlement may be completed after investigation approval

Important Notes

  • Products must be unused and in original condition

  • Packaging, tags, and accessories must be intact

  • We reserve the right to decline claims that do not meet policy conditions
